Methi Chapathi!

Today i made methi chapathi... i wont say it tasted very good, since all of you know methi is naturally bitter. but you should know the medicinal value of methi.. so here are some info about it.

Fenugreek leaves are enriched with minerals like potassium, calcium, iron & Vitamin C. Fresh leaves comprises 3 to 5 % of protein. The Vitamin K from fenugreek greens are comparable to spinach.
100 grams of fenugreek leaves  has 49 calories. The leaves have has good dietary fiber.

RECIPE:
1/2 cup powdered Oats
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 small bunch of fenugreek (methi) leaves
Little garam masala + red chilli powder + turmeric + salt
& milk + water to make dough
Butter/Oil

PREPARATIONS: Clean the methi leaves and cut it. use the stem also. then mix everything and make dough. make small balls of the dough and roll it into flat and round shaped chapathi. keep pan in medium fire & cook like normal chapathi..

Simple!!! is it??
