The GOLDEN RATIO

Can anybody love maths? Maybe, you are already hate from math.If the math wasn't be so abstract you may like it. But it is not all about mathematics...

Its about nature...
Its about you...
Its about your surrounding...
Its about "GOLDEN RATIO"...

In mathematics and the arts, two quantities are in golden ratio if the ratio of the sum of the quantities to the larger one equals the ratio of the larger one to the smaller. The golden ratio is an irrational mathematical constant, approximately 1.6180339887.

The golden ratio is a number known for a long time, it was used by many ancient cultures believing in something magic about it. Its supposed to be really harmonic to human eyes and as a number it has a lot of interesting properties.

It's pretty much the most interesting number ever.

It's inverse is 1-itself..
It's square is 1+ itself..

Taking any two successive Fibonacci numbers and dividing them is a reasonable approximation for it,

It's the number that you get if you infinitely divide 1+ 1/(1+1/(1+1/(...)
If you infinitely square root: sqrt(1+sqrt(1+sqrt(1+sqrt(1+(...).

Humans happen to think the ratio is very sexy and describes the perfect proportions for the human body.

It's the ratio between a regular pentagon's diagonal and it's side

Watch the video.. u ll understand why it is called "GOLDEN RATIO"...
